Mukund Sarma is the Senior Director of Product Security at Chime Financial. Mukund has been at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation and leadership, having spearheaded significant security initiatives for two of the United States' largest fintech firms, Chime and Credit Karma. With a keen focus on developing and implementing robust security controls through security platforms, solutions, and frameworks, Mukund has been pivotal in protecting the financial data of over 100 million members, reinforcing the security posture of these institutions against an evolving threat landscape.

Recognized on the cybersecurity conference circuit, with notable recent presentations at various BSidesSF, BSides Seattle and various OWASP chapters, Mukund has contributed to the security dialogue through various podcasts. His commitment to knowledge sharing extends to advisory roles with startups, where his insights have helped shape the next generation of cybersecurity solutions.

Mukund is also dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive cybersecurity community. Actively mentoring women, underrepresented communities, and veterans, he demonstrates a deep commitment to building a more inclusive industry. Kelli Burns, senior vice president and Chief Information Security Officer at Accolade. Prior to joining Accolade, Kelli held multiple positions at Symetra Financial, including serving as CISO. She also was the founding leader and executive sponsor for Symetra’s Diversity and Inclusion Council and developed their IT Emerging Leaders enterprise program. She is well-regarded in the Seattle community for mentoring women in cybersecurity and technology.

Kelli also has a passion for mentoring and growing women in technology. She has had the opportunity to see women thrive once they had mentorship and sponsorship. Kelli’s also a mother to two kiddos in which she spends her free time going on adventure walks, soccer games and playing board games. Kelli has spoken multiple times on how a working mom in tech can build thoughtful work life integration.
